I LOVED this book. It compiles interesting researches to help understand why some people can come up with really cool ideas. Where do these amazing ideas come from? How do I become one of those people?

‘The originals’ always question the defaults and are not afraid to take calculated risk. But instead of being the first person to take the risk, perhaps delay a little?
But why??
Another interesting point was about how working with your enemies might actually help you be better at whatever you’re doing.

I started listening to Adam Grant’s podcast a couple of weeks back when work was getting a bit too much of a dread. I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERYONE should listen to the Work Life Podcast – it’s absolutely amazing. Each episode is around 40 minutes which is perfect for my drive to work. It has everything; brilliant studies, interesting discussions and great guests!

💯% would recommend! ☺️
